The purpose of the St. Patrick Outstanding Youth Award is to affirm, recognize, and support a youth in our parish that has done the most to advance the principles of a Catholic Youth Minsitry program on all levels: parish, community, diocese, and universal church.  We are seeking nominations of high school juniors or seniors who are members of St. Patrick Catholic Church, promote the components of a comprehensive youth ministry program (listed below), and exemplify to the highest standard, a Catholic way of life. No one could promote all of these components, but many of our youth are active in so many of these areas. Registration is open for this summer's Vacation Bible School!  The VBS 2012 theme is SONRISE National Park, and will be held at St. Patrick Church from 9:00am to noon, June 11-15th.  Registration forms, as well as adult and youth volunteer sign-up forms can be found in the Narthex, or on-line here. Last year's VBS was a huge success thanks to the many volunteers, and this year should be even better.  Contact Shelly Conlon with questions.
